Please also note: that we do have HABITS, and that TRAINING to change those that cause unhappiness does NOT come automatically, not easily. 😆.
Funny thing though: good HABITS usually do not die, but BAD ones: die hard!! These you see you ACQUIRED, often through harsh earlier experiences.
Note: some: we now call them TRAUMAS, do require often expert guidance!! Yes, some you do NOT have to travel alone! For those: DECIDE and consult an expert / licensed therapist! Ie xxx and x reasons exist why your brain & body BLOCK changed, or RESIST them. Can often be: PHYSICAL.
So…. Not free of it myself: and biblically: he who is not guilty throweth the first stone: What I really do DAILY: I really start my day with a SMILE!! 😊 Then: omg, let’s go Willy open your curtains, wow, it is wonderful weather (certainly at the moment where I live, in Southern Turkey)
Then: indeed: HABITS!! Mine only, ie I shoo away all my spoiled, happy, purring, domesticated CATS, open all doors, some of the windows, and turn on the machines to create a nice BREAKFAST, for myself.
At that moment already: and believe it: I *automatically* start to become eternally GRATEFUL for being alive, and in splendid health.
Okay, at least I do have ONLY two of these 25 happiness habits! And fortunately I have had these as long as I can remember.
Note: I do have more of the listed 25, yes, but I got so enthousiastic reading them, that I first wanted TO SHARE them, here on WORDPRESS. THAT again is then definitely a reason to be HAPPY, ie that this is possible, and dead easy.
